PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy
at Party Play.

This policy describes information that may be processed when you use Party Play, why it is used and the choices available to you.

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Scope

This policy applies to Party Play pages, games and tools. It does not control third-party websites linked from the site. At present, most game selections are processed in your browser and do not require an account.

Information that may be processed

When a website is accessed, hosting and security systems commonly receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested page, referring page, approximate location, date and time, and error or security events. If analytics is enabled, aggregated usage events may help us understand which pages work well. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.

Do not submit sensitive personal information through party-game inputs. Player names, wheel options and similar entries are intended for temporary on-device play unless a page clearly states otherwise.

Cookies and similar technologies

Party Play and service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels or similar technologies for essential operation, preferences, security, audience measurement and advertising. Browser controls can block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect some features.

Advertising and Google services

If Google AdSense or another Google advertising service is enabled, Google and its partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve, limit, personalize and measure ads, and to detect fraud. Information sent by a browser can include the page URL and IP address. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and how Google uses cookies in advertising.

Third-party advertising partners may process data under their own privacy policies. Where required, we will present a consent choice before using non-essential storage or personalized advertising. Users in regions covered by special consent requirements may see a consent-management message.

Your choices and rights

  • Use browser settings to manage cookies and local storage.
  • Use Google’s ad controls to manage personalized advertising.
  • Decline optional consent where a consent interface is provided.
  • Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

We may need reasonable information to verify and complete a request. Rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions.

Retention, security and transfers

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution or security. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

Children

Party Play offers some family-friendly content but is not designed to collect personal information from children. Children should use the site with appropriate adult supervision. We do not knowingly use information from children under 13 for personalized advertising.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when services, vendors or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear above. Privacy questions can be sent through our Contact page.

Implementation note

Before advertising launches, the live site should list the actual vendors in use and deploy any consent platform required for its audience and regions.
